Gallipoli Cafe and Bistro have two separate locations on Islington’s busy Upper Street. It’s a testament to their popularity. They also have a third location which is delivery-only in the time of Coronavirus.
On a Friday evening, Gallipoli Bistro may have tasteful belly dancers and another Gallipoli Again (opened 1998) may be more of the ideal breakfast spot — each has a distinct, historical look inspired by the rich tapestry that is the city of Constantinople (now Istanbul) and wide Asia Minor yet each Gallipoli restaurants still have very unique characters. Gallipoli Bistro is popular with large private parties for its long tables and convivial music and atmosphere.
