El Ganso’s atmosphere changes with the time of the day. Not unlike a restaurant in Mediterranean port, the interior has warm, incandescent lighting in the evenings. On Summer mornings, Hackney’s Broadway Market is a quiet street where freshly squeezed drinks are brought out outside to a spacious and comfortable al fresco area.
Water is automatically brought and the coffee is authentically sourced from Spain. The waiting staff are all very friendly but not overbearing. In the evening, choose from ice-cold beers on tap. El Ganso is a location for morning, noon, or night.
